From beginning to end

Our food deserves the highest recognition as it is what we need to survive. The organic products from our organic farm are real nourishment, because they nourish both body and mind. With our farm we fulfill strict regulations: During the breeding of our Tiroler Stein sheep we make sure of correct handling according to the species from beginning to end. Our animals spend half of their lives outdoors and always have access to generous open spaces.

We personally accompany the sheep from beginning to end: The lambs are born on the farm, they spend their lives within a few kilometres of surrounding land, until finally they are slaughtered -without any long transportation - here on the farm. Our guests should try the natural produce from the region: Fruit and vegetables from East Tirol, regional herbs and spices, wholemeal cereals and nuts – wherever possible we rely on organic farming!
